Bánh tét is a Vietnamese savoury but sometimes sweetened cake made primarily from steamed glutinous rice, which is rolled in a banana leaf into a thick, log-like cylindrical shape, with a filling consisting of mung bean, pork belly, cured duck yolk. VEgan is available with shiitake mushroom and carrot. After cooking, the banana leaf cake roll is sliced. Beaucoup's version has 4 different color sticky rice plus all the fillings, so we call this a 5 color banh! Large, 2lb, serves 6-10pp
