Bánh Chung is a Vietnamese savoury but sometimes sweetened cake made primarily from steamed glutinous rice, which is assembled in a square-shape banana leaf package, with a filling consisting of mung bean, pork belly, cured duck yolk. Vegan is available with shiitake mushroom and carrot. After cooking, the banana leaf cake is sliced into triangular pieces. It is traditional to have Bánh Chung and Bánh Tét during the Tét lunar new year holiday, this year it is on January 29, 2025.

This order is for one cake, 6-7 inch square. The filling is mung bean, pork belly and cured egg yolk. Vegan is available using the drop down menu.
